Performance Ensembles

Drumming is a powerful and ceremonial way to open the energies and welcome participants at any gathering. Solo performance, trio performance, or large ensemble with 8-12 drummers and vocalists can be arranged. Performance experience includes music festivals (Atlanta’s Music Midtown, The Decatur Arts Festival, Arts Festival of Atlanta, Atlanta Jazz Festival, and others), civic events (175 th Anniversary of Atlanta and others), conferences and conventions, private parties, and the Opening Ceremonies of the 1996 Olympic Games.

Recording Sessions

Chuck has 15 years of experience playing drums and percussion on recordings with rock, funk, country, jazz, and African music groups. He has also recorded solo and in ensembles on commercials and documentaries for Turner Broadcasting, PBS, etc. He produced two CD recordings as musical director for the T.H.E. Percussion Choir, “A Call To Drum” (1998) and “In the Circle” (2002)
